The master metrics

The AI Master Overview is the primary control center of your dashboard. It aggregates data from all tracked prompts and models to provide four high-level scores that represent your brand’s AI presence. These widgets update every 24 hours at 00:00 GMT to reflect the latest model data.

Widget definitions

Each widget focuses on a different dimension of how AI models perceive and recommend your brand:
  1. AI Performance Score: A weighted average that provides a composite index of your brand health across all tracked queries.
  2. Overall Visibility: The percentage of your total prompt library where your brand is mentioned.
  3. Overall Placement: Your average ranking position within the responses provided by AI models.
  4. Overall Sentiment Score: A qualitative measurement of the tone used when AI mentions your brand, categorized as positive, neutral, or negative.

Interpreting the data

These scores are designed to be read as a group. For example, a high Overall Visibility score combined with a low Overall Placement score suggests that while AI models know your brand, they are not prioritizing it in their recommendations. The Overall Sentiment Score provides the necessary context for your visibility. High visibility is only beneficial if the sentiment is positive or neutral; negative sentiment indicates that AI models may be highlighting brand issues or poor reviews in their answers.

Using the overview for reporting

The AI Master Overview is the most effective tool for high-level reporting to stakeholders. By adjusting the date filters at the top of the dashboard, you can quickly see how your Performance Score has improved following a content optimization campaign or a new product launch. These metrics provide a clear benchmark for your brand’s growth within the AI landscape.
