Client workspace configuration

Agencies use KIME to manage multiple brand portfolios under a single account structure. Your first step is to create a distinct workspace for your client by entering their specific brand name and primary root domain. This separation ensures that data, prompt libraries, and competitive benchmarks remain isolated between different client accounts. Using a dedicated root domain for each client allows the KIME AI to generate highly relevant prompt and competitor suggestions specific to that client’s industry. You should follow the same onboarding steps as a standard brand setup, ensuring the client’s website is the primary anchor for the account.

Managing client team access

KIME provides a flexible permission system that allows agencies to collaborate with both internal teams and client stakeholders. You can invite your internal agency team as Members to manage day-to-day prompt optimization while maintaining Owner status for administrative control. If you choose to provide your client with direct access to their dashboard, you can invite them with specific roles to ensure they can view their metrics without altering the tracking configuration. This transparency helps demonstrate the value of your agency’s optimization efforts through real-time visibility and sentiment reporting.

Standardizing client reporting

Consistency across client workspaces is essential for agency efficiency. We recommend establishing a standardized set of prompt categories, such as “Product Category” or “Competitor Comparison,” for all clients. This structure allows your team to apply the same analytical framework across your entire portfolio, making it easier to compare performance and identify successful strategies that can be scaled.
