# Deliverables

> Review, refine and export the articles and emails KIME's agents create for you.

Deliverables is your library of everything KIME's agents have produced, such as articles and outreach emails. From here you review each draft, refine it with the built-in assistant **Optimus**, and export it to your website or CMS.

You find it in the sidebar under **Agentic Workforce Execution > Deliverables**.

## The Deliverables list

Each row shows:

| Column | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Type** | An icon for the kind of deliverable. |
| **Deliverable** | The title. |
| **Format** | For example **Article** or **Email**. |
| **Status** | Where the deliverable is, for example **Completed**. |
| **Created** | When it was created. |
| **Actions** | Quick actions for the deliverable. |

Use the **All types** filter to show only one format. **Settings** opens your content settings.

## Reviewing a draft

Click a deliverable to open **Review draft**. The draft is on the left and Optimus is on the right.

### Output details

For articles, KIME prepares everything you need to publish:

* **General**: Title and Tags.
* **Technical details**: Slug, Excerpt, Meta title, Meta description, Primary keyword, Secondary keywords and **Schema (JSON-LD)**.
* **Content**: the article body.

Each field has a copy button, and some let you choose the copy format, for example plain text.

### Optimus

Optimus is a chat panel that edits the draft for you. Tell it what to change, for example "make the tone more energetic and remove the bullet points", and it updates the draft.

When Optimus spots a change you will probably want every time, it shows **Potential learning detected**. You can:

* **Apply to workspace**: save it as a learning for this workspace.
* **Apply to org**: save it for every workspace in your organization.
* **Refine**: adjust the wording of the learning first.
* **Reject**: keep the change to this draft only.

Saved learnings are listed in [Workspace settings](/administration/workspace-settings#learnings).

### Other controls

* **Version** (for example **v2**): switch between versions of the draft.
* **Learnings**: see the rules applied to this draft.
* **Show task**: open the [Actions](/features/actions) task the deliverable belongs to.
* **Mark task as done**: complete the task once the deliverable is published.

## Exporting

Choose an export format and click **Export**:

* **JSON (KIME)**
* **Markdown + frontmatter**
* **WordPress (XML)**
* **HTML**

For emails, copy the text into your email client.
