# Workspace settings

> Configure your workspace: brand details, answer engines, categories, tags, annotations, content profile, learnings and ad keys.

Workspace settings is where you configure how KIME tracks and works for one brand. You find it in the sidebar under **Setup > Workspace settings**.

The page has five tabs: **Analytics**, **Annotations Log**, **Content**, **Learnings** and **Ads**.

## Analytics

### Workspace

| Setting | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Workspace name** | Shown in the navigation and the workspaces list. |
| **Analysis name** | The brand name KIME uses when it analyzes answers and matches mentions. Make sure it is the name AI models actually use for your brand. |
| **Market location** | The main market for the workspace. |
| **Prompt language** | The language your prompts are run in. |

You can also delete the workspace here. Deleting is permanent.

### Answer Engine Selection

Toggle which AI models are enabled for the workspace, for example ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, Gemini, Claude, DeepSeek, Grok, Meta AI, Copilot Search and Google AI Mode. Only enabled models are used for your prompts. See [Answer engines](/getting-started/answer-engines).

### Categories and Tags

Add and manage the categories and tags you use to organize prompts. **Adjust ads priorities** lets you rank categories and tags so that [Campaign Builder](/features/campaign-builder) focuses on the ones that matter most.

## Annotations Log

Annotations are milestones and system events shown as markers on your charts. KIME adds some automatically, for example when a task is completed. Click **Add annotation** to add your own, such as a product launch, a website release or a PR campaign. Annotations make it easier to connect changes in your metrics to what happened.

## Content

These settings shape everything [Agentic Workforce](/features/agentic-workforce) writes for you.

* **Content language**: the default language for generated articles. You can override it for a single draft.
* **Content profile**: the tone of voice, writing style, audience, vocabulary and examples KIME extracts from your website. It is the baseline for every draft. Use **Edit profile** to adjust it, or **Rebuild** to extract it again after your website changes.
* **Email senders**: the names and roles that sign outreach emails. Click **Add sender** to add one.

## Learnings

Learnings are durable rules KIME applies when it generates content, for example "write the summary in prose, not bullets" or "always mention our certification when relevant". They are grouped by format, such as **Article** and **Email**.

* Switch between **Organization** (rules for every workspace) and **Workspace** (rules for this workspace only, which override the organization defaults).
* Click **Add learning** to add a rule, or **Edit** to change one.
* Learnings created from a review in [Deliverables](/features/deliverables) link back to that review with **View source review**.

## Ads

**Ad platform keys** connects ad accounts so you can create and manage campaigns in [Ads Manager](/features/ads-manager). Click **Add key** to add an OpenAI Ads API key. Keys are stored encrypted and never shown again.
